It's that time of year! The best time of the year to dress. Who's ready?!
I know some of you are dreading the F word...but it's almost that time! FALL is almost here y'all so embrace it! I dread what comes afterward, but fall is the most beautiful time of year. The changing colors to the perfect temps. Also, dressing for fall is my absolute favorite. Layers and chunky sweaters, you just can't beat it!
First off, if you don't already have a pair of Spanx leggings you need to take a step back and reevaluate your life. Kidding. But really you need to stop in to either location to pick a pair up because they are a go-to for fall and winter months. Not only are the super comfortable and stretchy, but they act as a shape wear, so it smooths and lifts everything to make your bootie look real good!
All of the soft, sweaters are beginning to arrive! A lightweight sweater is perfect to throw on for those cool nights as we move into fall. Style them with spanx, distressed denim, or over a chambray top with white skinny jeans.
Fall doesn't mean its time to put your sundresses away. You can still rock them! Style a simple t-shirt dress with a pullover sweater layered over top of it, or a cardigan. You can style a midi, like the one on this babe with a denim jacket and peep toe booties for a cute and casual look. Layering makes wearing the dress that's been your go-to all summer feel brand new. You can style a jacket, sweater, scarf and booties with them to change the entire look!
Another one of the best things about fall is the color palette. Olive, rust, mustard, all of these colors make you feel like you're really stepping outside the black and white box you usually live in. We are loving the pants trend right now from fun culottes to joggers. Joggers aren't just for casual, grunge looks, you can style them like we did with a sweater and pumps for a night out or day with the girls.
